To grope blindly;

We’re bleeding our way to a new Messiah;
Pleading our way to our perfect Liar.
Let the fire surround our new Decider,
And declare his corpse to be our Martyr!

Found in terror,
huddled masses cry for a new master,
Not knowing the horror of enslavement!

Leaves don’t flow against the stream.
Ice won’t sink to the depths of the sea.
Currents leave and currents come,
And what we do has already been done.
Moments move us to think as one,
And kill our desire before we’ve begun.
So we float between horrors,
As helpless debris in the River of Time.
